Blu thermal bottle is the world’s first flask that contains a replaceable filter attached to the flask, capable of removing up to 99.99% of contaminants in all four contamination zones (Aesthetic, Chemical, Dissolved Solids, and even Radiological) from your water while retaining the beneficial trace nutrients and minerals and simultaneously alkalizing it up to a pH of 9.5.

It can last up to 200 gallons (approximately 6-8 months). The dirtier the water, the fewer the gallons the filter can clean.

The Regular filter is capable of removing up to 99.99% of contaminants in all four contamination zones. The pH filter is capable of removing up to 99.99% of contaminants in all four contamination zones along with simultaneously alkalizing the water up to pH 9.5. Yes, you can use the Blu thermal bottle for other beverages, but make sure you remove the

filter from the cap before you pour beverages other than water into the flask. When using without the filter, you can also add fruit, flavoring, and other supplements of your choice.

We recommend that you wash your flask regularly. If water sits in the bottle for a long time, it will become stagnant and create a foul odor. This can also occur due to the fruit, flavoring or other supplements you choose to add to your flask. Make sure to remove the

filter from the cap prior to washing the bottle and wash by hand or a dishwasher.

We recommend that you wash your Blu thermal bottle once a day, but it’s really up to your personal preference.

No, the filter does not require cleaning because it is replaceable after it meets the filtration capacity which is 200 gallons. However, if your filter is still new and you are having a hard time sipping out of it, you might just have clogged sediment in the filter. To remove the sediment simply run water through the filter or flush the filter using the provided flushing tip. Refer to your User Manual for more information on flushing your Blu filter or reach out to us at hello@blufilters.com for assistance.

Using the flask and activating the filter is very easy. Once you’ve unpackaged your flask and removed the safety seal from the bottom of the filter, you will need to flush to activate it. Twist on the provided flushing tip to the filter and flush it with water for 3-5 minutes before you use it. Finally, fill up your flask with water and #SipBlu! Don’t forget to remove the filter when you want to use the flask for other liquids.

To remove the filter, you will have to first remove the cap from the flask. Then you can twist off the filter from the straw. If necessary, you can also twist the straw off from the cap.

The IAMF filter technology will begin to clog slowly when it’s getting close to reaching its 200-gallon filtering capacity. Refer to your User Manual for more information on flushing your Blu filter or reach out to us at hello@blufilters.com for assistance.
