Blu Lifetime Warranty on Parts

All parts carry a limited lifetime warranty against manufacturer’s defects for the life of the product (not to include filters). Blu will replace any parts found to be defective within the scope of normal and appropriate use. The warranty does not cover regular wear and tear, such as color fading, dents, scratches, chipping from products being dropped, damaged, etc.

Blu 90-day Limited Warranty

Blu Thermal Bottles carry a 90-day limited warranty (from the date of purchase) against manufacturer’s defects. Blu will replace any eligible product found to be defective within the scope of normal and appropriate use. A receipt may be requested to verify the date of purchase. To authorize a claim, please contact our Customer Service via hello@blufilters.com.

Warranty claims will only be approved by Blu if the product was purchased from our website www.blufilters.com. This warranty is limited to the lifetime of your Blu Thermal Bottle, as limited by or subject to applicable law. The limited warranty provided by Blu only covers manufacturing defects and does not include any damage or defect of any Blu Thermal Bottle caused by, whether directly or indirectly, any of the following: (1) improper use or misuse of the product, (2) damage or defect caused by cleaning, disassembly, alterations or modifications, (3) failure to properly maintain, (4) premature clogging caused by overly turbid water or (5) damage or defect caused by or resulting from wear and tear, abuse, fire or Acts of God.

Please note your warranty claim will be replaced by the same size and color Blu product. If the size or color are no longer available, it will be replaced by one of similar size or color and will not be of lesser value. Unfortunately, replacement products under warranty cannot be customized. If you have a product with a custom logo, we are not able to reproduce the artwork or logo on your return product.

In no event shall Blu be liable or responsible for any damage, loss, cost or expense, including incidental or consequential damages. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above exclusion or limitation may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state. Manufacturer makes no warranty of fitness or merchantability and no other warranty, oral or written, expressed or implied, except as specifically set forth herein. Warranty valid only in the U.S.A.
